This is what happens when you have people with commission based jobs... any and all morals go out the window and this is why the consumer hates car dealerships.I was only interested in one car on their lot. I called right at 8:30 am when they opened to make sure the car was still available. I reserved a test drive for 10 am and let the person on the phone know I only wanted this car. I was motivated to buy it and I would be driving over an hour away for it. I called at 9:20 am to let them know I was on my way, but I would be there at 10:15. I arrived at 10:10 am to find out somebody was on a test drive with that vehicle. That person came back from the test drive and bought the car right in front of me. I wasted 3 and a 1/2 hours of my day when I could have been out looking for the same car somewhere else. That wasn't the worst. The worst is how they just blew me off and didn't care.
