I tried to work with this company. I paid for the first quarter and a sheet of tags. My trash did not get collected. The office staff was very unpleasant to talk with on the phone. Doug himself took the final call to yell at me. I would not recommend anyone work with this company. They are to refund my payment but I question their honesty and whether they will follow through. No matter what happens I am out the cost of the tags that I had put on the bags and the remainder of the tags. I highly recommend using anyone else.
