Description

Located on 24 Winter Street in the heart of Downtown Crossing, TD Bank draws an immense amount of foot traffic. Surrounded by two million square feet of retail space, Boston’s Financial District, municipal buildings, Suffolk University and Emerson College, its location is its biggest asset. The MBTA’s Orange Line, Green Line, Red Line, and Silver Line all travel through Downtown Crossing—the Orange Line’s Downtown Crossing train station being the busiest in the MBTA system with over 25,000 boardings per day. Downtown Crossing’s residential population increased by 40% from 1990-2000, and is projected to keep rising. With a daytime population of 171,181, TD Bank at 24 Winter Street has no shortage of customers.
