Save the hassle and don't use this office! While the doctor's seem to be marginally acceptable, the office staff here is terrible! They are rude, never return calls and make a common practice of outright lying! Latest of many examples: Had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 p.m. before a holiday. The calls to reschedule the appointment began about a week out, all with different excuses. I refused rescheduling as I have a full time job and must maintain maximum business hour presence. After three calls and three separate excuses, they called six hours before the appointment and cancelled outright...with a new excuse. Tell me the truth outright and I might be more accomodating. Learn some customer service skills and you might get better reviews!
