I dropped off 22 screens they are all the screens in my house and it was the middle of the summer so I thought it would take a while to get them back. I shouldn’t have waited till it got hot out to fix the screens but they had them all done in 2 days. Great fast service!

Fast Work!:
I came in to get 3 of my front porch screens fixed. The frames were slightly bent and they were missing some of the pull tab things. I dropped them off early on Friday morning and I received a call around 2pm that same day saying I could pick them up! I never thought I would get them back the same day. Once I got back to the store to pick them up I noticed all the frames were straight and the missing tabs were replaced. They went above and beyond and since the price was good I got the rest of my porch screen done so now they all look new and match. I had a great experience and would 100% use them again.

what a rude jerk!:
I went in for a small job. Got yelled at for almost putting my "filthy" screen on his counter. Asked for a quote. Thought it was way too high so...asked for the quote he just wrote out and he said no I can write to down myself. Forget about it gumpy.

Decent glass, Horrible people.:
Had Dr J cut glass for my mother's dining room table. They quoted $10 delivery, and when they arrived, they offered to put the glass on the table for her. They then told her it was $35 because putting the glass on the table was 'installation'. They wouldn't budge on it, so she paid them and let them know that she would not use Dr. J's again. About an hour later, a guy from Dr. J's (owner's son I think) called her and rudely told her that she should have known installation was more. He then told her she was a c*unt and hung up on her. She was so shocked she didn't know what to do. Final result - glass is good, but it took all of my willpower not to drive down and start a scene. Don't know how some companies stay in business. I'd give 0 stars, but this site requires at least one...
