Dr.Blum is the nicest best surgeon I have ever been to. I had an exceptional result. His receptionist and insurance department could not have heen more helpful They submitted the insurance and reimbursed me immediastely after they received payment from my insurance. The facilities are state of the art. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU

It's been a year since I had my wisdom removed from this dentist and I have 2 claims opened against them. One with my dental insurance because they failed to submit the paperwork for my coverage, instead they kept billing me monthly. Like the other reviewer, their 'billing line' is a machine that takes a message; no answer, no call back. After the claim opened from the insurance company, they charged my credit card- UNAUTHORIZED! I have a claim open against them for keeping my CC# on file and charging it without my permission. They are unfriendly, cheaters, a bunch of thieves and they will NOT make your experience a good one. Avoid at ALL COSTS! (Cause it'll cost you big time).

I had owed only $20 copay per my insurance, Their office took security deposit when went for service 300 dollars extra. Staff is very very unfreindly, they lie all the time when we call for our money. Even after multiple calls from Insurance and us, They havent returned our money for about 5 months now. Billing department is horrible, doesn't return calls. We will never go here again. Doctor is good but office is very very bad. 1 star rating is for the service alone.
