Dr. Wascher is very knowledgeable and gave an accurate diagnosis with treatment options but he presented himself as very vain and not caring that I was in extreme pain, especially after undergoing an X-Ray which exasperated my pain. I then had to wait in his office for over 30 minutes before his assistant came in with no apology given. Dr. Wascher came in a few minutes after his assistant and he did not apologize either. The assistant was also very uncaring and demeaning as he asked questions. I felt as if I was on an assembly line as I felt rushed so the next patient could be seen. The other staff at the NeuroSpine Center, however, were great!
