Around November I had received a violation regarding the backflow preventer I had on site of my restaurant, A couple days later I receive a small business card for "Draft Master Engineering" I'm not quiet sure how they knew I needed to address the violation but they were the perfect company to do so. After I called them for my free consultation I came down to meet face to face with Anthony (the head of the company) he walked me through the process of what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable price. I have never had an issue with them from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with violations.

On April 16 I entered a contract with Draftmaster engineering aka megamechanical, Inc at the recommendation of my contractor. This company was hired to respond to a 6 page email dated april 8 by the reviewing architect of my new office in order to obtain permits prior to renovation. They were to provide drawings and answer questions regarding the placement of new HVAC system and plumbing. On May 8th I received a response to this email, with 95% noted as response not provided, in addition to the drawings submitted being inaccurate with placement of my unit on the opposite side of the building. They are incompetent and as time was a grave factor, and as this is to be my place of business, (with the lease of my current office close to termination) I hired another expeditor/architect, who did a proper job. As this company failed to do what they were hired to I requested like my 2500 dollar deposit returned. They refused.
