Dragonstar Martial Arts is located at 3989 Foothills Blvd in Roseville and has been in the business of Martial Arts School, Nec since 2008.

This place is a great place for your kids and yourself to spend their time. Great Karate instructors and staff. My daughter is in Karate and loves it and I am in their kickboxing class and also love it. Just don't sit around after work or let your kids get bored. Do something very important with your time and get fit, make friends, and feel better about yourself. I did!

Team Dragon Star helps me shape my daughter into a confident and respectful young lady, as well as inspires her to believe in herself. My daughter has attended Dragon Star for 2 years now. She has competed in several other sports, such as softball, dance, and gymnastics. While these other activities teach sportsmanship and team building, the leadership and curriculum taught at Dragon Star pushes the elements of discipline to focusing on respect, honor, and courage. Being a high school public school teacher, the skill of being able to communicate with an authority figure is critical to students’ success. Students whom feel comfortable with speaking with adults – ultimately, advocating for themselves – by taking control and responsibility over their own learning are able to navigate through challenges that they face. The lessons at Team Dragon Star ignite this leadership within the students with the importance of respect and listening at the center.

When my daughter first started, she was entering 2nd grade where she was encountering many social experiences of watching other children speak and act disrespectfully towards adults and other children. That behavior started crossing over into our home. Knowing that society has a huge influence on how children develop, I decided to take action of placing her in an environment where discipline is taught and encouraged through examples. The staff at Team Dragon Star, as well as the community that has developed as part of such leadership, helps enforce my teachings at home of taking responsibility for our own actions and words. The actions of talking back and arguing halted within only a few weeks of attending Dragon Star. My daughter is surrounded by peers that demonstrate such respect to each other by cheering each other on, encouraging each member to reach their fullest potential, and pushing each other to meet their own representation of what excellence is.

The last point of Team Dragon Star’s student creed depicts, “I represent Myself, My Family and My Dojo. I’m defined by my actions.” These powerful words bring forth the acknowledgment that our actions influence others, as well as ourselves. The students articulate these words, as a unit, each class period. I am grateful for the defense techniques my daughter is learning in regards to being able to protect herself; however, the internal lessons, that derive from the principles of a Black Belt, of modesty, patience, integrity and courage are why my daughter and I honor the experience of being part of Team Dragon Star.

Great school for the whole entire family! I do Kickboxing and the kids do Karate. The curriculum is practical yet fun. Everyone from kids to adults can make real measurable progress here. If you're considering martial arts training for yourself, your kids, or both, I highly recommend that you come to Dragon Star.

My kid was very nervous and angry .The school called us many times his teacher was telling us every time the same thing over and over again , that we need to do something so he can manage his anger . I was talking with many experts most of them said that best thing is to send him in marital arts school . So I was asking my friends where in our area can we find the best school. They recommend it Team Dragon Star as the best . After training for 3 months my son now is very calm he doesn’t make any problems at school . Now I also thing to take up krav mana class for me ..
