Be Careful With These Guys...:
I had a backed up sewer and gave them a call. I talked to the plumber agreed on the price of $145 to clear the drain and asked him to call me if he had any questions as I had to head off to work. I left my elderly mother in charge of waiting with him and writing the check when the work was complete.
When he was done, my mom asked him to turn the water back on for the toilet and he noticed the connection was leaking. He told her he needed to fix it but he would have to remove the toilet from the floor to change the feed line. When he was done the total cost was over $500 (but he gave her a 20% discount).
I complained and after 3 days they let me talk to the plumber. Probably to make sure the check cleared. (just conjecture) He said he was sorry, but all of the work was required and refused to refund any of the charges for the extra work.
I'm not a licensed plumber, but c'mon, I am also not stupid. I have used these guys before and everything went well but I won't use them again.
Just a heads up. If you decide to use these guys, keep an eye on them and don't leave them alone with an elderly woman that they can confuse and take advantage of.
