The shop used to be "Spring City Care Care" under new management, but they are up to their old tricks. I went there on 7/23/10 to use my last oil change 5 pack which they include a free tire rotation. Once I got my car back, it kept making a "clunk - clunk - clunk" noise when I turned right and seemed to correspond to speed as the sound was faster as I drove faster. I brought my car into the Louetta Discount Tire (who are the heros in this story) to find out that I was missing 4 of 5 lugnuts on my rear right tire so the "clunk - clunk - clunk" noise was the tire almost coming off the car! Needless to say that going down I-45 @ 65 MPH and having a tire fly off the car would have easily killed my entire family. I will never let any of my family or friends go to such a shoddy shop ever again!‎

W A R N I N G !!!!! They are definitely NOT the professionals that they claim to be. THE OWNERS AUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!! After they misrepresented their capabilities & quality of services, I ended up (double) paying another shop to FIX THEIR unskilled ERRORS!!! .......ADVICE: Google this RIP OFF operation.
