The best in the business!!!:
We have gone to many different optometrists and have always come back to L&M. Brad is the best! His customer services is second to none. I have no idea why there is a bad review on here, but don't believe it. He and the staff are nice, friendly and go out of their way to help you! I personally had someone help me pick out frames for over an hour! Wow! They're the best... trust me!

Abusive Customer Service:
Despite the glitz of their office design, high tech equipment, designer eyewear offerings, location and advertising/ this optometry was anything but what it represented aesthetically. Front office staff impolite on the telephone and in person. Female optometrist was polite and thorough, however, optician (Brad) was arrogant, verbally abusive, rude, impatient, used his body and voice to intimidate. This was most unprofessional. Brad is not an asset to this business. His poor customer service skills and his inability to communicate effectively clearly demonstrate he is incapable of providing service with an informative and professional demeanor. Other staff were witness to his behavior and no one intervened. Not intimidated by him, I informed him he needed to work on his customer service... to which he replied, 'I'm sure!" rather than offering an apology or explanation for such behavior. I received my prescription from the optometrist and have taken my business elsewhere. This office is in a beautiful area and advertises a pleasant atmosphere. Clearly, there's a discrepancy.

Very Bad Experience!!!:
Front desk people were very rude and arrogant. They treated me like a c@!p. Did not explain why I had to pay certain charges but demanded me to pay right away. They pointed finger at me, raised their voices, stood up talking to intimate me. I was very upset with their services.
