If you like terrible communication, deadlines that extend months and months past the original date, breaches of contract, and a company that steals your money without delivering, then DSXPRESS is perfect for you! We spent over $50,000 as a Marketing and Creative Agency in Los Angeles called Vanta Studios. We hired Dimitry Shaposhnikov, owner of DSXPRESS. Over this period of about the past 2 years, we were greatly misled as we were promised a few different web development and design projects that never reached completion. One of those projects is an eCommerce web development and design project. Dimitry's team showed the "completed" website via a zoom presentation. During this presentation, Dimitry's team would click around the frontend and backend of the website. However, being that it's in "sandbox mode", no real proof that the website works at all is evident. No evidence of functioning shipping, payments, etc., that work. When we requested screenshots of the code of these portions of the website, Dimitry said, "no." He further went on to say that he would require payment upfront prior to uploading the website when the contract clearly states that "the last payment would be made upon the website going "live," so we can see it clearly works as described in the agreement. We have this clearly stated in a signed contract between us, and we have always paid his invoices. Why Dimitry isn't sticking to the contract is beyond me. In addition, the past years have been met with hardly any completed deliverables, beyond terrible communication (Emails would need to be followed up with me periodically personally texting and calling Dimitry to "please check your email"), we specifically hired Dimitry and DSXPRESS for project management and web development. Dimitry also likes sending invoices that are the wrong amounts before the signed contract even states payment is due, which we stupidly paid because we believe in trust in business. However, DSXPRESS and Dimitry's business goes way beyond lack of professionalism, it's theft. Do not make the same mistake I did and hire this scam artist. We are currently pursuing legal action, and we will keep this review updated. Also, if you have any questions or would like proof regarding these statements above, please feel free to email me. I'd be happy to prevent anyone from experiencing the same damages I have by choosing Dimitry Shaposhnikov and his company, DSXPRESS.
