Description

Dubuque ("Down Under the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway") is a fun and funky neighborhood establishment with an imaginative dinner-only menu. Tuesday is the beef burger and glass of beer special. At other times, the menu offers an Oyster Po Boy and Cod and Scallop Burgers.

This restaurant and bar in the Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, is not, it should be noted, named for the town in Iowa that is known for its canned ham.
