Description

This high-end Euro bistro has been recast as a "modern" steakhouse. Rather than good old steamed asparagus, chef-owner Tim Love serves symmetrical spears, wrapped like a quiver of arrows in a slice of prosciutto and topped with a sunny-side quail egg. Along with regular chops, he's also doing a hanger steak.
