Dungans did an excellent job installing over 1000sq feet of hardwood flooring throughout the upstairs of our home. They removed all debris and cleaned up as they went along The job was completed early and they met my exceptionally high standards. This is the 5th job they have done for us and I have had to ask them to come back only one time and they did promptly AND fixed the problem. They were very courteous and helpful. I would not keep going back to them if I didn't think they were doing a superior job as there are other options in the DFW Metroplex.

Beautiful showroom and down-home friendly people (it's a charade) got out business after moving to McKinney. They made promises that were never fulfilled. They tell you not to worry (you should be very worried!). Their installers (independent contractors over which the owner's apparently have no control) did a very poor job. The owner's have no interest in making things right. We were so excited about moving to McKinney but now worry that everyone here is as dishonest as the folks at Dungan's.
