The staff is rude AND incompetent. They lied about how long it would take to get my glasses by THREE WEEKS and to top it off the perscription was not correct. Then after sending the glasses back... they never put in the order to correct the FIRST screw-up!!!
The doctor somehow forgot the Rx and put down the wrong info..... AGAIN!!!!

To top it all off the staff has no patience or no dedsire to even want to help me out!!!
