Worst people ever!:
I completely agree with the other reviews. We hired them less than a year ago, and then their c@!%!y job started falling apart. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever experienced! The owner keeps hanging up on me and saying someone is on the way after i have left work 2 times to be here for them! This is absurd. But, instead of just complaining, we will certainly seek legal action and alert the media to this bogus shady business.
Worst Ever!:
I don't even understand the game these people play. I just realized they have an F rating with BBB. They schedule appointments and keep not showing up. This happen 3 times (which makes me feel like an idiot for still believing in them). Not only that but u call them and they tell u someone is on their way but they never show!! It's like a sick prank! Stay away!!!
Don't be fooled by their low prices!:
These guys are a waste of time. I don't really know what kind of business they are running but the way they do it is very strange. They make you stay home for a few days because they need to come and get the dimensions. They never show up and when you call them they keep saying he is on the way. Who is on the way?!!!
Finally after giving up on them sending someone to get the measurements I faxed them the dimensions as they requested it. A few days later I called them and they said my glass is ready and they are coming to deliver it to me. Again they made us keep someone at home for three days. And I called them at least 10 times every day and they said the same thing that he is on the way. I don't really think they made the glass. Finally I told them very politely that this is no way to treat a customer. They said they are busy and they hanged up on me.
and did not answer the phone. Now if they really had made the glass they would have never hanged up and lose so much money on a glass that they can't do anything else with. Very suspicious.
I don't want to let any of these guy in my home. Beware.
