It's great to finally have an authentic Vietnamese Pho restaurant here in Greenville. Run by a family from Saigon, Vietnam, they have the standard Pho beef noodle soup, spring rolls, rice and noodle dishes found in other Pho restaurants around the country. Having been to many of these restaurants, I'm happy to report that E C Pho is the real thing. The food was excellent, with the rich and tasty flavors typical of Vietnamese cuisine. It's great that you get lots of flavor without much fat, it's light and refreshing. The service was quick and friendly, and we plan to return often.
