Want an oil change for 2X as much $ as advertised? Come to EZ Clean Car Wash & 10 Minute Oil Change!
I had a very poor experience here. I arrived wanting to speak with them about pricing after being hung up on when I called ahead, was immediately directed into a bay, told to pop the hood, and “just wait”. Without telling me what the price would be, the mechanic started working on my vehicle. I tried to speak with the manager about what the work they were doing was and the price it would be, but was waved off and he walked away to speak to another customer. After they had finished working, I was greeted with a $60 bill - almost twice as much as the advertised price of $31.99, for no reason!
I was charged extra for an "Oil System Cleaner" that I never consented to be completed, 5.25 quarts of oil, AND a "special" oil filter. If I was going to pay for everything separately, what did the $31.99 price that I paid do? The manager then attempted to up-charge me on an additional $89.99 service that my vehicle “needed”. Just because this behavior is found at other garages doesn’t make it acceptable.
Not to mention, the oil change was supposed to include an exterior wash that was not completed on my vehicle.
Overall, I’m very disappointed and hope this review keeps many others from making the same mistake as myself by trusting EZ Clean Car Wash & 10 Minute Oil Change.
Throughout the entire process I tried to make the manager explain why the sudden price increases had occurred, but was only met with excuses and incomplete explanations. This inability to effectively communicate changes in service with a customer was unacceptable, especially after my repeated attempts for clarification.
My advice? Just go somewhere, anywhere else.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Good prices with a huge variety of services offered for car wash and lube center. i never go anywhere else!
