I'm in the process now as of 3-15-2018 to get my refund of $100.00 for the deposit on my storage space. I sent a letter of intent to vacate as directed 1-20-18 and on 2-7-18 I picked up my small 4 x 12 ft open trailer. On that day I was told the accounting only wrote checks on the first of the month. I waiting until the first and called. Management woman living on site said she would check and let me know. Never called back. On 3-15-18 I get an invoice to pay. I called and no one picks up the phone so I left a message. Every other time I got calls back. The reason I left early is because I was paying over $27.. a month additionally than what I needed to but the accounting noted I was behind $73 a month. I will file small claims because I found the agents in Indiana and that lasted Russell L Hones first deneied knowing anything about the registered company until I verbally explained I found his info in public court documents and then he said he was just the agent. I said that is what I said to start the conversation and he asked what I want. I told him I'm on disability and he said he didn't care and hung up the phone. I lost all trust and will let the legal system handle this and make it cost themselves as much as legally possibla by the law. The owner this man took over the company for was indited on defrauding over 70 people many Amish and to the sum of 3.9 million

It's the 28th of March and the past two weeks the manager at this location has assured me the check was in the mail.
On the 16th of March she said the check would be in the mail the following day. It never came and on the 24th of March(last Saturday) she said she personally mailed it. She plays dumb with your money and has no disregard for you and the fact that its your money. Remember I vacated the property on February 7th this year and today is March 28.
$100.00 deposit isn't paid and now I've hired and attorney to take this matter and sue them
