Earth Engineering, Inc. was established in 1996 to specialize in geotechnical engineering (soil studies), construction materials testing services (soil, concrete) and performing Phase I environmental site assessments (ESA) for commercial, industrial, infrastructure and residential structure foundation systems in the Texas Gulf Coast region.
