Buyer or renter beware! I'm writing this review so that other people won't be harmed by Tidal Properties LLC. Diana Marie Kirk is NOT licensed and has never been. She rents and flips homes in Portland and Astoria. If you do buy a home from her, bring an experienced inspector and you will walk away from the deal immediately. We constantly had to negotiate with her because of shoddy and lazy workmanship. When we first viewed the home we had made an offer on, we saw flaws that were hidden (purposely) that should have been disclosed A nonworking fireplace disguised with an ornamental fireplace grate, only to discover after inspection that the fireplace was not in code and if used would bring smoke into the home. An improperly installed shower that leaked (twice), a hole in the wall hidden by a hung mirror, and the list goes on. We are so lucky to have walked away with good cause from this deal. Never again will we even look at a house that has been flipped. The topper to this deal was Diana Kirk would not return our earnest money. Days later she requested half, which turned our stomachs. To be done with her, we settled on 1500 for her and 3500 for us. What an judgement error on our part--she deserved NONE of the money. We are from out of state and
spent a lot of money driving and flying to Astoria (hotels, meals, etc.). But we wanted this nightmare to
end. Buyer and renter beware!!!!

Easom will lie to your face and tell you what you want to hear to get a contract then won't follow thru. They overcharge for all repairs, charge a 10% extra fee to all maintenance that they say is not one of their preferred vendors, when they say they have preferred vendors to handle all types of repairs. They are criminal and best not to let them manage your property unless you want them to rob you blind.
