Gym is decent, but the owner made my experience miserable.:
I joined in January, and honestly, things weren't half bad for the first few months. Never had any major issues with the equipment or staff. Then one of the people who I assume was an assistant manager left. After that, service went downhill. Shower curtains would be ripped and torn, limiting the number of available showers. Equipment would be broken and would remain broken for quite some time.
Probably the most obnoxious experience I had was when I went in one day and there were no towels. I realize it's minor, but if there are no towels, I can't shower, and I can't go in to work sweaty from the gym. When I complained, the owner simply said, "Sorry, dude." I drove home, showered, and came back to complain. He yelled at me for telling him that he failed to provide a service. Then when I finally quit, he stole one month's membership from me since I paid for my first and last month at the beginning, but then canceled my membership for my last month. TERRIBLE.
