East Coast Asset Group is an incredibly unprofessional rental agency. They do not respond to requests for repairs in a timely manner - in fact they may not respond to them at all. They refuse to fix foundation issues which caused a mouse infestation, water leaks, mildew buildup, excessive moisture in the basement, and insanely high gas/electric bills, refused to fix uninsulated windows/doors/floors/ceilings, in fact an old window broke due to changes in the indoor/outdoor temperature and they never fixed it. Never fixed a hole in the ceiling caused by water leak through the ceiling in the first floor from outside, in turn affecting the integrity of the 2nd story floor's stability. They will not return your full deposit even if you spent more money to improve the living conditions on repairs such that it was at least livable. They hire overcharging, under-performing cleaners between renters that don't show up with anything more than a vaccum and broom. Basically, I wouldn't wish these landlords upon my worst enemy.
