East Village Pet Grooming Sln

I live directly next door for 6 years now, and would never recommend this "groomer/shop". The owner is an alcoholic, have seen her in the liquor store and wasted just about every day! The store is small and is registered as a grooming salon, but advertise daycare and I hear dogs crying and barking throughout the night. I have witnessed them putting out dogs in the back area without supervision while they bark and cry, regardless of weather cold/rain. Also witnessed employees spraying some dogs with hose to punish them when they only want attention. I have been listening to a dog desperately barking for 3 hours now obviously in a cage in there back room!
