Do NOT take your computers to Eastwind! It will come back in worse condition than when you took it in. Had my laptop worked on and when I got it home, the issue was even worse, to the point I could not use it at all. I took it in the second time, which I was also charged for and shortly after taking it home, similar issues began to act up again. I was charged both times. The third time, I had to get the owner involved, who is an a@s and not at all interested in customer service, and he eventually worked on it himself, as if he was doing a huge favor. And, you guessed, still not fixed and had the same issues again.

For repairing Any Desktop or Laptop it is the best one in town because they fixed my Desktop in (1 day) only and they gave me a very great price, deals, and free diagnostics and they fixed and Installed a "NEW" 740 NVidia GeForce Video Card and Motherboard, it is the best price of $280 Total. I had seen anywhere in Gresham, Clackamas or Beaverton Area... Best Buy wanted me to pay them $200 plus extra like $500 repair bill what a rip-off ... and other computer repair shops around the area of PDX were trying to charge me $100 to first diagnose my desktop and then charge me $300 plus ... still a big rip-off....

This is why everyone in the area should go to this East Wind Computer Repair Shop in Gresham 100000% because they are very nice and friendly and mean what they say and keep their promises!!!!!!!!

SHADY! Don't take your electronics here. They gave me a quote on something, did the work then called and told me they did extra work that I didn't approve and the price doubled. When I questioned them on it and said I wanted to talk to the technician, they threatened to undo the work (essentially re breaking the part I asked them to fix). How about a phone call asking me if I want to spend double what you quoted me BEFORE doing the work instead of just doing what ever you want and then yelling at your customers when they question you. I will never step foot in here again and recommend no one else go here either.
