My son finally got a nice apartment in mid-manhattan, I only wanted to ship a couch set and some boxes. I had booked with a different company but was still talking with Lena at Eco, she had asked me where in NY the move was, after giving the address she asked me to check if the other quotes I'd gotten included the shuttle, as big moving trucks aren't really allowed in the city. After checking that and the stairs charge, I cancelled the booking and went with Eco as they had been upfront and explained to me all possible additional fees.

I moved with eco a few months ago, this was my second time moving at all and with same great results. Although the first time wasn't with them I went ahead and tried a new company. Very thankful that the move was effortless and without problems.

Moving back to my old neighborhood to be close to my family was a very exciting prospect, besides the whole packing and unpacking thing.. My dear sons offered to pay for the packing and help me out to unpack. It was great getting that helpful family feeling from Paulina at ecovanlines. Hard to believe everything went as smoothly as it did.

Almost ended up not moving at all but after a lot of though and budget checking it was decided. Next step was to find a good moving company that would be cost effective to move from Texas to Washington, glad I found eco, Lena made sure we stayed on budget and helped me be as ready as I could be.
