NOT a Quality Landscaping Business:
Ben and his crew of 4 people showed up on time only to do a job that turned out to be a joke. What they all earned for only 2 hrs of work was no joke, however. Funds paid by City so there was no recourse. This was a case of unethical money grabbers at the taxpayers' expense.
