I used this company (in Kirkland, WA)to send an arrangement to my husband at his place of work for our 24th anniversary. I paid their delivery fee for this to be a special surprise for my husband. Just hours later my husband calls me to ask if I am having something delivered to his shop? He had just gotten a call from their driver asking for directions and completely ruining the surprise! I immediately went online to mapquest. Put in their address as well as my husbands shop address. The directions came up immediately! My husbands shop has been there for over 20 years and is off of 3 major roads. This is NOT an address that is hard to find or does not come up when seeking directions. I then called the company back only to be told that the owner would have to call me back. That was on Monday. It was not until Wednesday that someone (I guess the owner)called me back. She basically told me that if I did not specify that it was to be a surprise then it was my fault! I was completely speachless! How many times do we have something delivered and then call that person to tell them we are having something delivered to them? Never! It was pretty obvious it was to be a surprise when the card reads: "Happy 24th Anniversary. I love you". The thing that got me was that not one person said they were sorry! Not once did they offer me any compensation. Not even offering to take off the delivery fee! I will never order from this company again. I would also NOT recommend it as I feel customer service is very important in a company. Their lack of customer service was like a slap in the face after I had just given them over $52.00 of my money! I do NOT recommend them!
