Edison is a dual immersion school, where all our students learn to understand, speak, read and write in both English and Spanish. Edison is also the first step in the SMMUSD Language Academy, which continues at John Adams Middle School and Santa Monica High School – giving our graduates the opportunity to continue to develop their language skills from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

The Elkhart Area Career Center is an educational institution that provides a variety of career and technical education courses to students.
