Edwin Winbigler OD

Dr. Winbigler was raised on a small farm in northern Richlland county and graduated from Savannsh High School. He completed his B.S. And O.D. Degrees from the Ohio State College of Optometry and joined a group practice in Tiffin, Ohio.

Dr. Winbigler and his family moved to Shelby, Ohio and started his private practice in 1974.
