We took a 350 dollar 1 year old window cooling system to them to fix. We couldn't find anyone else and needed it done fast. We should have stopped when we noticed they have no business sign outside, it's writting in hand writing. We were promised SEVERAL times "it will be ready tomorrow", we paid 85 dollars and then they called my husband at work and said for an extra 15 they would clean it ?? oh, and then at the last minute they informed my husband "CASH ONLY". The bad part?? It worked for ONE DAY and now is broken again, they said we could bring it back, but honestly, we'll just throw it away and buy a new one, he jerry rigged it to get it to work, took off electrical paneling and said it would work. Due to them taking so long to fix it, and they fixed it in 4 hours finally, i really do not think they know what they are doing and are desperate for business and just say "YES" to everyone that calls.
