I don't know what is up with all the negative reviews. Today was my second cleaning with E&K, and I couldn't be happier.

My first appointment, the staff was late, and I had a friend waiting for them. After a half hour, I called the store and spoke with Danny. He was FANTASTIC. He called me back after talking to the staff and assured me that they would be there soon, and comped my cleaning for the day, as well as giving me another free appointment. I work in customer service, and I really was not expecting to get the freebies, but they're certainly appreciated! He also assured me that, if it was not perfect, he would come by personally to reclean it. What service!

Well, that first session was great. My friend told me that they were there for about 2 hours and that there were 3 of them. Holy c@!p! For my small 1 bdrm? They really did a thorough job, and the place was sparkling when I got home.

Today was even better! One lovely lady, Analisa (not sure if I'm spelling it right), came by, and was early. In about an hour and a half, she rendered my 4 cat apartment (yup, 4 cats. Don't ask) spotless. The bathroom is immaculate, the kitchen looks like I've never even cooked in there, and the floors look fantastic.

Did I mention the 4 cats? Seriously, if not for the fact that they were slipping around on the mopped floor, you wouldn't even know that I lived with felines.

I'm so happy with the service. I think people have different perceptions of what "clean" means, but this is a great service, and I think they do a phenomenal job. The owners are serious about this company and it shows.

Tip for those of you who are very "my way or the highway?" Do it yourself. You'll obviously be happier if you do. Plus, bonus! It'll free up appointments for those of us who appreciate the (reasonably priced) amazing service.

I'll certainly be continuing my service when my Swoop runs out. Even at full price, $50 for an apartment the size of my place is more than reasonable, even if you tip generously. Keep it up, E&K. Haters gonna hate.

Successfully made an app't with less than 48 hours notice. Manuela came early, too! In 3 hours, she did wonders to my neglected 2b/2ba apartment. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and hard work. My showers and kitchen look brand new.

They take credit card. Very flexible schedule. I was not asked to pay for metered parking. Joanna was awesome!!! I will definitely be requesting repeat service.

I was in need of a new cleaning service for our company's corporate apartment. I needed someone in a hurry and E&K was able to come out the day I called them. Tania did such an excellent job. I had never seen the apartment that clean before! She scrubbed the whole place top to bottom and it looked fabulous. We have the apartment cleaned at least one to two times a month and it looks great every time. I would recommend E&K cleaning service to anyone in search of a cleaning service!
