The Peruvian chicken is so "finger-lickin' good" that folks are eating it "before they're done paying" at these "bare-bones" counter-serve roasters; indeed, everyone from "Anthony Bourdain" to "three-piece suits to day laborers" raves about the "delicious greasiness" that can be had for just a "few bucks", and since service is "quick", nobody clucks too much about occasional "lines out the door."
