Of course the first floor looks good but look further, it is filthy!! When staff put their heads down and don't look at visitors, it's disconcerting. But when there is a huge disconnect in communication, something needs to be changed. When you have to ask 3-4 people the same question and no one gives you the same answer, there is a problem. This place needs a reorg and cleaning!!!Caregivers are wonderful:)
