This place is the worst! save yourself a headache and your money! do not bring your tv here. What a waste of money and TV that is no longer the same! Dan picked up my tv to have it diagnosed, when i decided not to have the repair he returned my TV with a different remote and smart hub box that are all beat up, i knew then that he replaced all of my accessories with some old junk that is not even my tv's accessory model! i know this because the condition is so bad and the model number does not match with TV manual model number of my remote and smart hub box stated on the manual. I would not be surprised if he also replaced all of the parts inside the back of the tv with some broken parts so he can tell you, the problem could be many things! On top of that he returned my TV all scratched up! i confronted him and he just lie and get angry with you and would not give me back the original remote and smart hub box!
