Shoddy work, seems to be a ripoff:
Like other reviewers pointed out, this business will not accept credit cards or checks, they insist on taking cash. I sent two items to them to be repaired, a TV and an old Laserdisc player from the '90s. They fixed the TV alright, but said they had to deliver the Laserdisc player back to me at a later date.
When they delivered it, the guy called me out of the blue to say he wanted to drop it off quick because he just got a call that his mother was in the hospital and he had to rush to her. I told him I had wanted to check it out to make sure it worked before I accepted it and that he could drop it off another time, but he insisted and said I had a 90-day warranty on it anyway. Turns out the Laserdisc player wasn't fixed - it now had a new problem that it didn't have before. When I called them to come fix it again, they changed their story and said the warranty was only for the TV, and I would have to pay more money to have them look at the player again.
Judging by the other similar reviews, I wouldn't trust them. Find another business to fix your equipment. This is also the business that operates on the website www.tvrepairclinic.com
