I Just Love Eline's!:
I have been going to Eline's for 37 years. I just can't say enough good things about their service. I have sent many friends to Eline's as well. I have never been disappointed, the cost is low; Keith and the staff are thorough. Yes, it gets busy. Yes, I recommend an appt. Just take into account that the person in front of you may have more going on than expected and these guys do what it takes to get everyone a fair refund. Definitely worth it.

Lost my business due to zero customer service:
After setting an appointment in advance, I was EXPECTED to wait an hour and a half beyond that, because "we're busy!" Poor customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere..
