Let's Talk:
Therapy is a powerful way to increase self awareness and develop problem solving skills. I work collaboratively with clients to address issues that interfere with their sense of wellbeing. Many clients have told me that I am warm, authentic, insightful, and funny. Because they feel validated and accepted, my clients are often able to work through problems in a safe, supportive place. Together, my clients and I identify areas of vulnerability and strength, with a focus on building upon strengths to create more effective coping strategies, and to attain happiness and peace.
I have been in private practice for over ten years. I work with children, adolescents, adults and families facing a wide range of challenges. I have extensive experience working with eating disorders, divorce, remarriage and blended families, depression, anxiety and general relationship problems.
