Last year, we signed and paid up front for lawn and garden services for a year. They came once or twice and then stopped. We had to call repeatedly and never received all of the services we paid for.
The owner was apologetic and promised a year's free service as compensation. Guess what? We have seen them only once this year. Repeated phone calls have resulted in more empty promises to show up with subsequent no shows.
This company services large apartment complexes and ignores small homeowners. The sad part is they did a very good job with a drainage system in our yard. They installed the drain pipes and made several visits afterwards to make sure it was working. It was the reason we wanted them for all of our landscaping needs...and the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one.
I don't know what happened but I will never use them again and advise all homeowners to stay away from them. Your business isn't important to them. Their customer service stinks!
