They sure lure you in with all the nautical gadgetry at Elmo's Dockside, but you might find yourself asking, "Where is the confounding dock?" Don't be fooled by all the multi-level pier stakes and pilings, the thickly braided ropes, the general maritime theme. Elmo's is a dive, to be sure. But, it's also a neighborhood favorite.
