Embassy-King Apartments

I've lived in the Kings Apartments (specific Embassy Apartment) for two years and signed up for my third year. If you are a college kid, these apartments are great. They are a located right next to Missouri State University and downtown Springfield. I work downtown and it is a ten minute walk to get there and 10 minutes to get to campus. Also since there are so many Greek houses on this same street, University police and regular police patrol a lot which adds an extra security measure.
The size of the apartment is probably the best feature. Huge living room and bedroom. Multiple closets (one even big enough to store a bike). These apartments are truly built for college kids.
The price of living is reasonable considering all amenities are included except electric (averages to $35 a month).

Great place to live with good management! Close to campus and big bedrooms.
