Called Emerald Coast Pest Control 3 different times to set up an appointment for my yard. A technician came out after the first call and "inspected" my yard but didn't treat. After leaving a notice that it needed treatment, I called back immediately the next day. My name and number was taken down and I was told they would have to work me into their schedule and that I would receive a call back later that day. 3 days went by and I called again to schedule treatment. Same scenario. Couldn't schedule an appointment over the phone and took my info with a promise to call back later in the day. Never received a call. I don't think I've ever tried so hard to give somebody money they wouldn't take. I have since taken my business elsewhere and I'm extremely pleased.
