Took My Cat there as she was experiencing some dehydration and weakness a she had lost alot of weight as she was under alot of Stress with a New Kitten in our House. I didn't even talk to the Doctor - and right away they took me into this Comforting Room so the Young Male (Foreign) Doctor could tell me to Euthanize My Cat. I was Furious as I never expected to hear that ! I told him, You haven't even Offered Me any other Options. But "just" to Euthanize My Cat. I don't feel that they made any Effort to Try to Save My Cat. Right away the Young Male Doctor wanted to Euthanize My Cat. I felt like he put Alot of Pressure on Me. And when I authorized it. He RAN to My Cat and gave her the Shot and then casually walked away. That was the most Horrible Experience that I have ever gone through. The Doctor's didn't even TRY...to SAVE MY CAT. I will NEVER go back to this Clinic. And I "WARN" ALL READER'S TO BEWARE WITH TAKING YOUR PET'S TO THIS HOSPITAL.

I had my Rottweiler put down throught this clinic and they used "Alternative Animal Rights" crematory. I have cremated 4 Rotties and I know approximately what the containers should weigh. Our 6 year old, 159 lb. Rottweiler was creamated by this company and when I picked her ashes up from the company, the container didn`t weigh as much as when we cremated our other 8 month old Rottweiler puppy of 100 lbs. I am sickened at the thought of only getting part of her ashes back. This service was used by "Emergency Animal Clinic" in Glendale, AZ. I also called them and told them about it. I can`t proove anything. I will never, use this company again. I called them today and they admitted that they were the wrong ashes and they would refund my money and didn`t want me to tell Emergency Animal Clinic.
