My aunt and I went in at 11:30am for 2 pedicures but they were short handed so we told the gentleman that we would go in later. He gave us a card so we could call when we were on our way back. We called at 2:30pm to make sure 3:00pm would be ok to go in and was told that it was fine. Only 2 people were working. They started on my aunts pedicure right away and I was put to soak. After 5 min an older gentleman came in to massage my feet then left. A girl up front that was supposed to do my pedicure was busy with a client. Meanwhile my aunt was halfway done and I wasn't even started. Finally my aunt was done and then the same man wanted to start on me. I was so upset because I'm from out of town and I had a lot of errands to run so I didn't have time to wait. I left very upset. I called ahead to make sure they had time and was told yes! I was told I wouldn't wait and I sat there soaking for about 30 min. They did not massage my aunts feet which was supposed to be included. I will never go back and I will not recommend this nail salon to anyone.
