Empowered By Paul was started in 2007 by Paul Southern. As a Personal Trainer, I treat each client individually with personalized workout programs and nutrition. Each client is consulted by Paul Southern about their goals, expectations, medical history, injuries, eating habits and past experience with a Personal Trainer. Paul then take your body fat measurement and assess your fitness level.
