Endgame: good store, poor customer service.:
Endgame has a great location in downtown Oakland, a great variety of games, and an excellent gaming space upstairs. Their gaming community can't be beat.
However, beware their staff. They are surly and un-helpful. They enforce arbitrary rules on their online forums, capriciously banning people for perceived slights against the store (even when it's just constructive, balanced criticism).
