Since 1989, Energy Outreach Colorado has been providing Fund Raising Organization, Non-fee Basis from Denver.

Energy Outreach Colorado is the only non-profit in Colorado that raises funds to help Coloradans afford energy for their homes. Our programs include energy bill payment assistance, energy efficiency improvements for affordable housing and nonprofit facilities, and emergency home heating system repair.
