Be sure to read the fine print with this outfit. Jerald O'Kelley went 30% over budget on a supposedly 'fixed price' contract, never said a word, just sent a bill months after the fact. Throughout the project, he was difficult to work with and was only saved by my General Contractor who finally told Jerald what paperwork was necessary with City Hall.
